BeMVO has set the annual Flat Fee for the FMD operational phase in 2026. This fee is mandatory for all companies marketing FMD medicines in Belgium and covers system maintenance, data hosting, and EU Hub participation.
Requests for a reduced Flat Fee can be submitted by 10 January 2026 to mah@bemvo.be using the below forms:
Invoices will be issued from January 2026, late payments will incur extra costs.
