The CGR has published the updated reasonable maximum hourly rates for services provided by healthcare professionals. The new rates will enter into force on 1 January 2027 and are based on the annual indexation.
Companies engaging healthcare professionals for services such as advisory activities or speaker engagements should take the updated maximum hourly rates into account from 1 January 2027:

Companies are advised to review their budgets, contracts and internal procedures to ensure that compensation arrangements remain compliant with the updated CGR requirements from 1 January 2027 onward.
