A recent update of the NDS-web platform has been implemented by the FAMHP.
The update introduces several changes and new functionalities that may impact companies involved in the import and export of narcotic and psychotropic drugs.
Key changes include:
- Request for the addition of new preparations and new foreign companies must now be submitted exclusively via NDS-web.
- Verification of the calculated base quantity during license applications.
- Obligation to verify the validity of QR codes and electronic signatures on foreign import licenses before applying for export licenses.
- QR codes have been added to import and export licenses as part of the future transition towards electronic licenses.
- Automatic correction notifications will now include the reason for rejection of license applications.
