Keuringsraad KOAGKAG can be consulted for advice with regard to promotional material and claims taking into account the current codes and guidelines for medicinal products, medical devices and health products.
As the complexity of the questions received can vary greatly, a new distinction will be made between simple advice and complex advice. Both types of advice will be charged at a different rate as indicated in the price list: Tarieven – Keuringsraad.
Some examples of simple advice are: discussing a future product name, the wording of health claims etc.
Some examples of more complex advice are: exploring options for on-hold claims, advice on packaging, checking a website…
