The Belgian Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP) has issued a reminder regarding the correct and timely endorsement of import and export authorizations for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in NDS-web.
The agency continues to identify non-compliances and administrative shortcomings related to the endorsement process. Companies are therefore encouraged to review their internal procedures and ensure that all relevant personnel are aware of the legal requirements and deadlines.
Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions by the FAMHP, including formal warnings or official reports.
