The Transparency Register for Healthcare (TRZ) has undergone a major update.
This update will be rolled out in three phases:
- A new search engine on transparantieregister.nl
- A modern user portal for pharmaceutical companies to report financial relationships
- A dedicated portal for healthcare professionals and organizations to review reported data and add missing information if needed.
As for the pharmaceutical industry, the new user portal for companies will be the most impactful change.
The updated TRZ includes a completely redesigned portal for pharmaceutical companies to report their financial relationships. This portal will go live in January 2026, allowing companies to start reporting their 2025 data from February. The reporting deadline is June 1, 2026. Please note: the old portal in MijnRGS will be no longer accessible.
In January, TRZ will contact companies with instructions to create their user accounts. Additional details will be published on the website, and a webinar will be organized to provide further guidance.
