The FAMHP has updated the web portal ‘Co-responsibility’ on 14 January 2026. The main goal of this update is to enhance safety, harmonize GMP and GDP processes, and improve the traceability of inspection document archiving.

The most important changes are:

  • The procedure to access the portal will be extended to enhance security

No functional changes are required from the user’s side.

  • Two separate tiles for companies with both a GMP and GDP license

If your company carries out both GMP and GDP activities, two separate tiles/dossiers will be visible under: ‘My manufacturer dossier’ / ‘My distributor dossier’.

The inspections and SMF remain specific for each activity (manufacturing or distribution). Some general data may be shared.

Please select the correct dossier (GMP/GDP) before taking any further action.

  • Numbering of deficiencies: transition to four levels (format 6.3.1.x)

Numbering will now be automatically generated in the portal when entering deficiencies and the corresponding CAPA plans.

To avoid shifts when copying/pasting from an inspection report, it is best to retain the numbering structure as stated in the report.

When a correction to the CAPA plan is necessary (e.g., removal of certain deficiencies), these deficiencies must be removed in reverse order of entry, starting with the last one. This ensures consistent automatic numbering.

  • Management of contacts and general documents per activity (manufacturing/distribution)

Organization contacts may be visible in both parts of the portal, which may lead to duplicates. However, the general documents remain separate per GMP/GDP in the portal.

If you notice a duplicate contact, please report this via industry@fagg.be.

  • It is now possible to receive multiple versions of inspection reports

Inspectors can now publish multiple versions of the same type of report (deficiencies, interim, or final). This provides you with a more transparent history. The latest version communicated via the portal is the valid one.

Login details and access profiles remain unchanged. All existing functionalities within the portal will remain available.

In case of any queries, please contact support.portal@fagg-afmps.be.
