Updates food supplements

Belgium

Please find herewith some important updates related to food supplements in Belgium:

1. Payment Interruptions Due to Federal Services’ Bank Change

• Non-SEPA payments: A new BIC will apply as of December 15, 2025: GEBABEBB
• SEPA payments: No SEPA transactions will be possible between December 11 and December 14, 2025 (inclusive)
• Non-SEPA payments: No non-SEPA transactions will be possible between December 6 and December 14, 2025

2. New Website

The new website is currently available in French and Dutch only.

3. Foodsup URL Change

The Foodsup application URL is changed to: https://apps.health.belgium.be/foodsupApp
The old address will no longer be accessible.
