Urgency procedure
In case you are unable to submit a visum application in time, Mdeon now has implemented an urgency procedure. The submission can be reduced to 2 working days prior to the scientific event provided that the visum application reaches the Mdeon secretariat at 12:00 (noon) of the second working day before the start of the event at the latest. There is no need for justification. Due to the strict timelines, Mdeon charges €1.050 (excluding VAT) per submission.
Virtual events
Please take into account that an Mdeon visum is also required for virtual multiple day scientific events.
