Purposes of the processing
IN2Pharma collects and processes personal data for the sole purpose of customer/supplier management (customer administration, invoicing, solvency follow-up, and the sending of marketing and personalised advertising) and for informing you on our events and regulatory updates in pharma & healthcare.
Legal foundation for the processing
Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. ((a) consent, (b) required for the implementation of an agreement, (c) required to satisfy a legal obligation, (f) required for the protection of our legitimate interest in entrepreneurship) of the General Data Protection Act.
Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place based on Article 6.1. a) (consent), you always have the right to withdraw the given consent.
Transfer to third parties
If required to achieve the set purposes, personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area, which are linked directly or indirectly with IN2Pharma or with any other partner of IN2Pharma. Your personal data shall not be transferred to a country outside of the EEA.
IN2Pharma guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data.
Retention period
Your personal data may be stored by IN2Pharma as long as necessary to satisfy legal requirements and to achieve the above purpose or for a shorter period if you inform IN2Pharma that you do no longer wish to be listed in its database.

Right to inspection, improvement, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability of personal data
At all times, you have the right to (i) access your personal data; (ii) request the correction of your personal data if and to the extent you can prove such data is inaccurate; (iii) request the deletion of your personal data if the conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation are met; (iv) limit the processing of your personal data based on Article 6.1 (f), (v) object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your personal situation and/or request its restriction; and (vi) request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format.

Complaint
If you deem it necessary, you have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (35 Rue de la Presse, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).
Privacy disclaimer reporting side effects

By reporting a side effect, you hereby agree and consent that IN2Pharma N.V. on behalf of the Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) may collect, use, disclose and process your personal data (including but not limited to sensitive personal data) submitted in this form and/or otherwise provided by you to us. IN2Pharma processes these data for the purpose of complying with our client’s / the MAH’s obligations under applicable laws to monitor the safety of medicines and to process any other reports concerning medicinal products.

IN2Pharma NV will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide the information that is necessary for the execution of our agreement with our clients or to comply with a legal obligation. By submitting your personal data, you expressly consent to the transfer of your personal data (including but not limited to sensitive personal data) and the processing of such data both in and outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), including processors located in UK or elsewhere. While such processors may be located in countries with laws that (according to the European Commission) do not offer the same level of protection to personal data as that granted by EEA countries, such processors do adopt reasonable state of the art security measures to prevent unauthorized and unlawful use of personal data.

If applicable, the personal data and information you provide may also be forwarded to the medicines regulatory authorities or health agencies in the European Union.

At any time, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the use, disclosure, transfer and process of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@in2Pharma.com. The exercise of such rights will be subject to any legal obligations imposed on us.
