Pharma.be announced an update to its Deontological Code, designed to enhance their interactions with patients and patient organizations:
Recognizing that the previous complaints procedure (to file a complaint against a pharmaceutical company that is a pharma.be member) was too cumbersome and formal. Now they have introduced a new, reconciliation process for addressing concerns or complaints based on the pharma.be code. This informal reconciliation procedure is straightforward, involves no lawyers or jurists, and is completely free of charge.
Should an agreement not be reached through this new process, the traditional procedure remains available and is now also free of charge. This change underscores our commitment to fostering open, accessible, and efficient communication between pharmaceutical companies and the patients they serve.
