To meet the requirements of the Sunshine Act, disclosure of premiums and benefits granted to Belgian healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations and patient organizations must be uploaded on betransparent.be every year by the end of May.
From now on, a fee of €250 (excl. VAT) will be charged for uploading the file with the transfers of value. If necessary, uploading a corrective file is possible at a supplementary cost of €50 (excl. VAT).
Remember that even if your company has not granted premiums and benefits in the previous calendar year, an upload (of an empty file) is still necessary. No fee will be charged in this case.
