On 4th of July 2022, the FAMHP launches the Medicinal Product Management database, a new internal database for medicinal products. Due to the launch of the new database, existing databases will temporarily not be updated.
As from 22nd June data will be transferred to the new database “Medicinal Product Management”.
Therefore, some other applications will be impacted:
- Authorisation and registration files may be closed with some delay, both for new applications and variations.
- The external application Pharmastatus will be partially unavailable between 28th June till 4th July 2022 (not be possible to use the PharmaStatus application during the transfer – still accessible)
- Other external databases (e.g., SAM database, medicinal product database), will remain available but will not be updated between 28th June till 4th July 2022
On 4th July 2022, a new version of the medicinal product database, will also be launched.
