Updated RD on plants and other substance for foodstuffs

Belgium

On 4 October 2021, a new “plant decree”, e.g. RD on the manufacture of and trade in foodstuffs composed of or containing plants or plant preparations and an RD on the manufacture of and trade in food supplements containing substances other than nutrients and plants or plant preparations were published.

Both RDs are applicable as from 14 October 2021.
